Through their decades of experience in addiction recovery and treatment, the experts at SOL Recovery Center’s AZ rehab have refined their addiction treatment methods to maximize the chances of successful outcomes for our clients and their families.
We adapt our treatment techniques to fit each client’s specific needs. The process and programs at our AZ rehab center generally include:
Intake for our programs begins with a short phone interview. During the call, we determine the severity of addiction, current substance use, substance history, and family history. This information helps us develop targeted and effective treatment plans. We also start the process of insurance validation and making financial arrangements.
Once admitted to one of our addiction recovery programs, the treatment part of the recovery process begins. We offer care for alcoholism and addiction to any drug. The programs on offer at our Arizona treatment center range from 30-90 days.
During treatment, clients learn to identify the underlying causes of their addiction, and to address these issues in a constructive manner. Clients begin to learn a new way of living and coping, without alcohol or other drugs.
Each client works with an assigned a member of counseling staff for individual therapy. The counselor helps identify and address the underlying causes of addiction, develop relapse prevention strategies, and create sustainable long-term recovery plans.
Participation in group counseling sessions helps clients to develop a sense of community reliance in their struggle to get clean and sober. Our treatment groups foster growth and healing through their supportive but challenging treatment processes.
Family support can be a significant source of encouragement for people new to recovery. We offer programs for family members where they can discuss how they have been impacted by a loved one’s addiction and begin the work of resolving family issues so that the transition from treatment back to life can be made as smooth as possible.
Recovery is a continuing process. There is no “cure” for addiction. Continued support is essential to growth in recovery and avoiding relapse. Our counselors help clients develop a variety of aftercare strategies, including:
Ongoing monitoring after addiction treatment gives clients the greatest chance of maintaining abstinence from alcohol and other drugs. These services may be mandatory for clients in certain professions (like healthcare workers, pilots, and transportation workers). We arrange ongoing monitoring services through our network of alcohol and drug treatment professionals and case managers.
Sober living homes are a common next step for people who have completed a rehabilitation treatment program. Sober living provides a family-like atmosphere where residents live with other recovering individuals. Many sober living homes have job programs to help find employment, and offer drug testing to ensure that housemates are clean and sober.
Meetings of 12-step groups like Alcoholics Anonymous® (AA®) or Narcotics Anonymous® (NA®) are offered in almost every city nationwide. AA® and NA® offer group therapy in a relaxed community-based setting. The meetings are free of charge, and are the most widely accessible recovery networks.
